I got to skip out of work early on Friday to hang out with my fellow residents for a little retreat... not a bad way to start off the weekend :)

I didn't take pictures of old Montreal, where we enjoyed a lovely modern French dinner in a cozy diner off of one of the cobblestoned streets, but that was one of my favorite parts of Montreal... as well as climbing Mount Royal and getting a nice view of the city (those pics are still on my camera phone :). Although only a quick trip from home, Montreal felt very European.
